Soggy voters cause problems in Virginia
Item at bottom of this web page at CNN.com:
“Soggy voters cause problems in Virginia”

The soggy voter in question appears to be Tim Robbins. Has he really caused problems in Virginia?
Of course not. Soggy voters are not the problem. Soggy ballots are the problem:
“Damp ballots caused problems in rainy weather Tuesday in Virginia and North Carolina, while other states reported minor glitches with long lines and mechanical breakdowns during the historic U.S. election.”
