Rotation

Various brush-type entities can rotate. These entities require an invisible Origin Brush, in addition to brushes comprising the entity.

Func_Rotating - the basic rotating object
Func_Platrot - rotating platform
Momentary_Rot_Button - rotating "button" -- typically a turnable wheel
