"Decals Disappear After Level Change"

They 'seem' to work fine on ents like doors but if you 'return' to that map from a level change any decals on ents will be gone!

I think to have decals stay you need to give everything a global name. Not sure, but I think this might work. Global is designed so you can put decals on one set of brushes in one level, then the same decals will appear on a similar or identical set of brushes in another level with the same global name, right? I have never had to use them, but they might be the key to this dilemma.
